Iced Irish Coffee

Ingredients
- 2 parts GOLD LABEL
- 3 parts quality cold brew coffee
- 1 part demerara syrup (equal parts water and demerara sugar)
- Whipped cream
- Nutmeg and freshly ground espresso for garnish
Method
- Add demerara syrup, cold brew and POWERS to a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a Collins glass over ice and top with fresh whipped cream and dust lightly with ground espresso and nutmeg.
